Investing is a feast of wealth accumulation.
Investing should be boring, it should not be exciting; in long-term value investing, one will gradually settle down. Investors should remember the most important thing: to preserve capital is to preserve life, do not lose money.
Buffett repeatedly tells us: keep your capital, do not lose money. He gives us such inspiration:
①Capital is like a person's life, to preserve capital is to preserve life, to preserve capital is to survive. Losing money is losing a part of life.
②It is much easier to avoid mistakes than to get rid of them; if one's capital loses 50%, to earn back this capital, one has to double the investment. It is easy to lose 50%, but to double it, how difficult it is!
③To preserve capital, we have to learn constantly, and patiently wait for the target you want to invest in.
