This weekend during ETHLisbon, Avalanche partnered with @shecrypto3 to bring together women from diverse backgrounds, including founders, investors, and builders - to connect, empower each other, and learn. The female workforce makes up only about 25% of Web3, and only 13% of crypto startups have a female founder. Avalanche aims to enhance access to diverse & inclusive networks, empowering through mentorship and events like these that are important for the entire ecosystem.
